You must use Vistala for lawful business purposes only. Using our services to engage in illegal activities, fraud, or to facilitate wrongdoing is prohibited and may result in termination of access.

2Account Registration and Security

Protect your account credentials and notify Vistala immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We offer guidance and may suspend access where we reasonably believe an account has been compromised.

Accounts and associated credentials cannot be sold, transferred, or assigned without Vistala's prior written consent. Any attempted assignment without consent is void.

We may suspend or restrict access to accounts that violate these terms, engage in suspicious activity, or pose a security risk. Suspension may be temporary while we contribute and remediate issues.

While we strive for reliable service, access may be affected by maintenance, upgrades, or third-party outages. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize downtime and communicate scheduled maintenance in advance.

4Rules of Use

5User Content

Users may submit content such as documents, business details, or questions to receive advice or services. You retain ownership of your user content subject to the licenses you grant Vistala to provide the service.

You represent that you own or have rights to submit the content provided to Vistala and that submission does not violate the rights of third parties. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content.

By submitting content, you grant Vistala a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and modify the content as necessary to deliver and improve services, including internal analytics and quality assurance.

You are responsible for keeping copies of your submissions and ensuring sensitive or regulated information is handled appropriately. Vistala does not accept liability for your decision to share particular data through the platform.

Vistala may remove or restrict access to user content that violates these terms, contains illegal material, or poses a legal or security risk. We will notify affected users when practicable.

6Intellectual Property

All proprietary intellectual property of Vistala, including activity, service designs, content, and software, remains the exclusive property of Vistala or its licensors. Users must not copy or exploit Vistala intellectual property without written permission.

• Do not reproduce Vistala proprietary content for commercial redistribution without authorization.
• Do not remove or modify copyright and activity notices from Vistala materials.
• Report suspected intellectual property misuse to Vistala promptly via our contact channels.

7Paid Services and Billing

Certain services provided by Vistala are fee-based and require payment before delivery. Paid services include bespoke legal reviews, incorporation packages, and subscription-based access to premium resources.

Prices for paid services are listed on dsvala.club and can vary by package and scope. Fees quoted are denominated in SGD and exclude taxes unless otherwise indicated.

Payment is required at the time of purchase for one-off services or as specified in a service agreement. We accept the payment methods listed on our site and may use secure third-party processors to handle transactions.

Subscription services bill at regular intervals as specified during sign-up. You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your account dashboard. Changes to subscription billing will be communicated in advance.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis according to the nature of the service and work already performed. Where a refund is applicable, we will process it in a timely manner according to our refund policy.

You may cancel paid services or subscriptions in accordance with the cancellation procedures described on dsvala.club. Cancellation does not remove charges for services already rendered.

You are responsible for any taxes or duties levied in your jurisdiction in connection with purchasing services from Vistala. We may collect taxes where legally required and will display applicable tax amounts at checkout.

Vistala may adjust pricing for services. Existing customers will be notified of price changes and afforded any required notice period before new rates apply to their subscriptions or renewals.

Failure to pay for services may result in suspension or termination of access. Vistala reserves the right to recover outstanding amounts through available legal channels.

8Disclaimer

Vistala provides practical legal consulting and information tailored to entrepreneurs, but the content and recommendations do not replace personalized legal representation. 9Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vistala's liability for direct damages arising from use of our services is limited to the fees paid by the user for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. Vistala is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to business decisions made based on our guidance.

10Third-Party Services

Vistala may rely on third-party vendors, tools, or content to provide services. We are not responsible for the practices or performance of these third parties, but we aim to choose reputable partners and monitor service quality.

11Termination and Suspension

Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the terms specified in the relevant order or contract. Vistala may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these terms or where continued provision of services would be unlawful.

On termination, access to paid features will cease and any outstanding fees become payable. We will provide reasonable assistance to transition services where appropriate, subject to payment of outstanding charges.

12Privacy and Data Protection

13Communications

15Governing Law
